Vibration, Shock, Bump and Seismic Testing
The vibration test gear is used to check that the product under test is unaffected by mechanical induced vibration shocks. The product under test are fixed on a shaker platform.

Technical Specification
Apparatus: Derritron VP30

Maximum mass of test specimen: 2.25kg and approximate maximum size limit of 0.3m

Typical Test Standards: IEC60068-2-6, IEC60068-2-27, IEC60068-2-29, IEC60068-3-3.

(All measurement equipment has NAMAS traceable calibration).

Vibration Test Gear
The platform motion is programmed by a precision controller/amplifier driven by windows based software. This enables most types of frequency sweeps and shock-type waveforms to be generated at the required acceleration and displacement levels.

A wiring umbilical loom allows the product under test to be powered up and monitored if required. The shaker platform can be rotated through 90° to allow horizontal testing.
